Let us help you find new, qualified renters. For 25% of first month's rent, we will advertise, screen, and find you great qualified renters.

Let us use our software and easy payment system to collect and distribute your rent for $20 a door.

If you would like to be really involved in the rental process, then this would be the best option for you.

G.T. B. will use their years of experience to deal with the small things that are sure to arise without bothering you. However, if something bigger does come up thats over a certain agreed upon dollar amount, we will make sure to involve you.
